The Al-Mn series aluminum alloy 3004 is a common rust-proof aluminum, but due to its low strength and inability to be strengthened through heat treatment, cold working is used to enhance its mechanical properties. It has high plasticity in the annealed state and good formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for processing parts that require these qualities. The annealing temperature for the 3004 aluminum alloy is 415 °C.

With high hardness, good load-bearing capacity, not easily breaking, a better stamping effect than 3003 aluminum foil, good light and moisture resistance, and the ability to effectively maintain food temperature so that food is not easily damaged, preventing the growth of microorganisms, 3004 aluminum foil is a product of the 3000 series of aluminum alloy. Aluminum foil made in the number 3004 has a silver-white sheen, is orderly and consistent in color, lacks visible pinholes and black spots on the surface, and lacks burrs and serrations on the edges. There are no noticeable pinholes or dark spots on the surface, and there are no burrs or serrations on the edges.
